At Frog Dive we aim to dispatch your purchase as soon as possible, after all we understand you must be excited to dive in with your new gear! However, sometimes there are external factors outside our control that might affect your delivery time. Frog Dive endeavors to follow the policy below, in case of extenuating circumstances we will contact you to resolve the situation.

 

TURNAROUND

Products are dispatched during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm) within 72 hours of order confirmation. In case of orders completed on weekends, public holidays or outside business hours, products are shipped within 72 hours from the next business day.

 

CARRIERS

We use Australia Post services to deliver our orders, please allow up to 5-8 working days for delivery. Delivery times depend on location and Australia Post’s capabilities. Parcels to Western Australia, Northern Territory and Far North Queensland can take an extended amount of time due to courier delivery schedules. Should you require express postage, please contact us as we will do our best to accommodate requests.

 

ORDER TRACKING

We offer standard Australia Post tracking numbers for all our online orders.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Due to the increasing cost for shipping parcels, our shipping rates are associated with the size and weight of the product. We have a standard flat rate of $20 Australia wide for all small and medium parcels.

Bulky parcels have a differential shipping rate, as described below:

  • Medium/Large parcels: $40. Includes Spearguns, Freediving fins, BCDs and Gear packages.
  • X-Large parcels: $120. Includes travel wheeled bags, and is charged per product.
  • Tanks and Sofnolime: $60. Includes all scuba diving tanks and 20kg Sofnolime, and is charged per product.
